quick (or: so high, so low)
Sunday, March 30th, 2003twenty-four hour pre-fast consumption: two raspberry pop-tarts (unfrosted), five thin mints, ten bites of baked pasta, three bites of chocolate pie and one slice of cheese pizza
period of fasting: eighty-six and one-half hours
twenty-four hour post-fast glut: three kudos bars (one chocolate chip, one m&m and one peanut butter), a handful of cinnamon toast crunch, most of a veggie hoagie at Goosey, six Grandma’s chocolate chip cookies, a frosty and a custom sandwich at work
lesson learned: you lose your appetite after a day or two.
